Senator Angara said: "I consider it as a constitutional duty on my part to act as a judge and no argument can convince me I should inhibit. No persuasion can convince me to inhibit because this is not a duty I will abdicate."

Angara reiterates he had no hand in his son Rep. Sonny Angara being chosen as one of spokespersons for the prosecution, denies his vote in the impeachment trial 'bought' by administration.

Meanwhile Senator Enrile says: None of you can sway us. If you have reason to believe otherwise, say so candidly, openly. We're able to defend ourselves.
